Hospital Visitation (Agape Team)

Members of the Agape team make regular visits to church members at Chester County Hospital. Trained in providing ministry to those experiencing illness, Agape members offer a listening ear, prayerful support, and post-discharge support. They will visit church members at other local hospitals by request. Agape members also provide care to individuals who have lost loved ones, particularly around the holiday season.
